The Basics
Have these pieces of data ready before contacting any providers:

Water
The Prince William County Service Authority (PWCSA) Woodbridge provides water and sewer services to all of Prince William County, including Triangle. If you’re new to the area, you’ll need to set up a new service by calling the PWCSA at (703) 335-7950 Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, or by going online to their website.
Allow for a minimum of 1-2 days turnaround time when calling to set up your service. You’ll most likely be charged a $35.00 application fee on your first bill.
If you’re renting, you’ll need to have the property owner complete an Owner Authorization Form. The PWCSA also may also charge tenants a $250.00 advance payment which gets applied to your final bill.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Electricity
To start service with Dominion Energy register online or contact customer service at 866-366-4357. Dominion may charge a $15.00 connection fee to begin your service. They also may require a security deposit if you’re a new customer.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Natural Gas
Columbia Gas for natural gas service in Triangle.
Call 1-800-543-8911 Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm or Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm to start service with Columbia Gas. You can also check availability and find out more about their services by heading over to their website.
There may be additional costs for line installation depending on the infrastructure already in place for your neighborhood and residence.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Garbage Collection
Trash and Recycling service is included in your monthly assessment and paid by The Association. The Community uses American Disposal Services.
If you encounter an issue with trash/recycling pick-up or need to have your trash can and/or recycling bin repaired, you’ll need to reach out to American Disposal Services. Cramers Ridge Homeowners Association is not responsible for damage to homeowners’ personal waste containers, lids, or recycling containers, they can usually be swapped by the service provider.

Cable & Internet
